Thank you for shopping at Haltron! We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully to understand your options.

Refund Policy:

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Refrigerant cylinder must have the tamper-evident seal intact around the valve.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
You may return your item to the location you purchased it from, or
You may contact FluoroFusion for a Return Authorization by contacting us at +1.919.800.0277 or sales@haltron.com. After receiving a Return Authorization, please ship the item to Haltron Attn: Warranty and Returns, 3950 Powhatan Road, Clayton, NC 27520.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, the cancellation will not be processed.
